Criteria

Attend TikTok Academy Agency educational webinar for Business Center Set up (register below)

2. Business Center

Agency must have a valid Business Center page on TikTok ads platform

3. Compliance

Your Business Center & Ad accounts must be in compliance with our ads policy

Each section is approximately 30 minutes long, so you'll most likely need around 2 - 2.5 hours to complete the series.

1. I did not attend / missed the live webinar sessions, how can I complete the educational requirements?

You can find a recorded session of the live webinar right on this page after the last session has been held. You can view the recordings and then proceed to setting up your Business Center. Reach out to our dedicated Account Manager for more details (including a step-by-step set up guide) if you need additional support.

2. What happens if I don't hit the spend threshold by the end of Q1?

This is an exclusive pilot program running in select markets with a small number of agencies. We plan to expand the program in the future and enable all eligible agencies to participate.

3. Do I have to complete the educational requirements every quarter?

The educational criteria will be valid per individual for one year from the date of completion of the Knowledge Assessment, so you do not have to complete the educational requirement every quarter.

2. Another agency is interested in this program, can I refer them?

This is an exclusive pilot program running in select markets with a small number of agencies. We plan to expand the program in the future and enable all eligible agencies to participate. You can refer agencies by reaching out to your dedicated Account Managers.
